直接责任：1.负责主持本部门的全面工作，组织并督促下属全面完成本部门职责范围内的各项工作任务In charge of to manage this department , organizes and supervisesto complete department goal2.负责牵头召开公司每周一次调度会，与营销部门密切配合，确保产品合同的履行，力争公司生产任务全面•超额的完成Is responsible to hold the production meeting once a week, with the marketing department close coordination, guarantees the contract performance 3.配合技术部参加技术管理标准•生产工艺流程•新产品开发方案审定工作，及时安排•组织试生产•不断提高公司产品的市场竞争力Cooperate with engineering department in the technical standard;production processflow •new product development plan,prompt arrangement•Organization trial production4.负责抓安全生产•现场管理•劳动防护•环境保护专项工作Is responsible for the safety in production and work protection5.负责做好生产统计核算基础管理工作。重视生产用原始记录•台帐•报表的管理工作，及时编制上报年•季•月等有关统计报表Is responsible for the production statistics report6.负责组织拟定本部门工作目标•工作计划，并及时组织实施•指导•协调•检查•监督和控制Is responsible to establish this department work goal and work plan, and promptly implements•Instruction•surveillance and control7.按时完成公司领导交办的其他工作任务Follow Supervisor’s other job assignment人员素养：1. 学历要求：大学学历2. 工作经验：五年以上同类工作经验3. 专业技能：熟悉所在滤波器行业的生产过程，掌握生产作业管理知识技能。4. 个人素质：较强的领导能力•判断与决策能力•交际能力•沟通能力•计划与执行能力；5.熟练的英语听说读写能力。
